My flat is located right in the historic heart of Saint-Denis, just 150 m from the magnificent Basilique de Saint-Denis and its Royal Necropolis, a Gothic gem where the kings of France are laid to rest.
You are 400 m from the metro (line 13), which takes you directly to the heart of Paris: the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, the Musée d'Orsay, Notre-Dame, the Champs-Élysées and Montmartre are all reachable in 20-30 minutes. The Stade de France is only 2.3 km away, ideal for matches and concerts.
Gare du Nord is 7 km away (Eurostar, Thalys access). Nearby: Saint-Denis's lively markets, restaurants from all over the world, a variety of shops. For families, there is a playground close by.
