Booking directly means using our platform to find a property without any intermediaries. You contact the host directly via their contact details or by sending a request. The result: more transparency, lower fees, and a direct relationship with the person hosting you.
Traditional platforms add up to 20% in fees and commissions, paid by both the host and the guest. On our site, these fees disappear: you pay only the price set by the host. On average, this represents 17–20% in savings per stay, and up to 40% in some cases.
Every property is verified before being published. Additionally, we display the platforms where it is already listed (Airbnb, Booking, etc.), so you can check reviews and confirm that it is a genuine listing.
You have two options: Contact the host directly using their displayed contact details or send a booking request by selecting your dates and filling in your information. The host will receive your request and respond to you directly.
To list your property, simply create an account and then fill in your listing details and photos. If your property meets our quality criteria, it will be approved and published on the platform. Listings are available through an annual membership of €49.98 (excl. tax) per property, with no additional commission charged on your bookings.
