The signature feature: a 5-seater jacuzzi with a breathtaking view over the countryside.
The house has 5 comfortable bedrooms, one of which is outside, a study with a sofa bed for one person, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, a fully equipped kitchen, a large, welcoming living area and a games room for sharing good times whatever the weather.
Outside, enjoy a vast 900 m² enclosed garden and a large 300 m² terrace, perfect for meals outdoors. Barbecue, wifi, dishwasher, washing machine and baby amenities.

Please note: there are two unsecured bodies of water nearby, so keep a close eye on young children.

Le Gîte de Neufontaine is set in the heart of the Sarthe countryside, 5 minutes from the A28 motorway.
Nearby, the Perche and the Alpes Mancelles offer magnificent landscapes, villages full of character and numerous hiking trails, with a greenway close by.
Heritage lovers will discover Saint-Céneri-le-Gérei, listed among the Plus Beaux Villages de France, and Fresnay-sur-Sarthe, a Petite Cité de Caractère. You can also climb the viewing tower in the heart of the Perseigne forest, in the Parc naturel régional Normandie-Maine. Alençon and its UNESCO-listed lace round off the visits.
The gîte is ideally located for reaching Le Mans, its Plantagenêt old town and its major motor racing events, notably the 24 Heures du Mans and Le Mans Classic.
Local Sarthe produce with rillettes du Mans, Loué chicken, cider and pommeau.
