What you'll love about this property
Ideally located on the south shore of the Gulf of Ajaccio, 200m from Agosta beach & several small coves, this is a 100m² villa with no overlooking neighbours in a quiet, gated residence, with its large terrace offering a beautiful panoramic view, by night as well as by day, over the gulf & the sunset over the Sanguinaires islands. This haven of peace sits in the centre of a 900m² plot with trees and bordered by laurels, strawberry trees, palm trees... A private car park + a visitors' car park and WI-FI are available free of charge. It has 3 bedrooms with wardrobes, including 2 bedrooms with French windows opening onto the terrace & sea view, one bedroom with garden & sea view, and an air-conditioned dining/living room with TV corner (equipped with Chromecast/Prime Vidéo/Molotov Extra). In addition to the fixed air conditioner in the living room, a portable air conditioner is available for the 3 bedrooms (with outdoor exhaust outlet). The terrace has a barbecue area with a large Weber electric Grill/Plancha under a chimney hood.
What you'll love about the area
The beach, just below the house, can be reached in 4 min with your towel in hand & flip-flops on your feet, via the residence's private lane. It's Agosta beach, 2.3 km long, with its 3 beach huts. Also 4 min away, you can explore the crique à la source cove, & 7 min on foot, the plage aux roseaux. Less than 2 km away, La Stagnola beach with its Isolella peninsula, Rupione beach with lovely beach huts & the popular plage d'Argent & its powdery sand! And also plenty of small secluded coves nearby to discover… On foot: 4 min away, in addition to the beach hut, you'll find a restaurant, Paddle and Pedalo hire, & a little further on, a diving club, parasailing, jet-ski hire. 12 min away, the campsite Pizzeria; 17 min away, the shops: a grocery/bread outlet, a butcher/delicatessen, a wine shop. 25 min away, a mini-market, Bakery/Pâtisserie, pharmacy, tobacconist, Post Office, and several restaurants: the Radisson, Rive Sud, Chez Alain, l'Amba...
