What you'll love about this property
I welcome you to my studio in Le Gosier, right in the heart of Guadeloupe, at the “pointe de la verdure”. My 34 m² studio is on the ground floor of a secure residence, just a few steps from the beaches, shops, restaurants, casino, bar, nightclub and night market.
You will find a comfortable double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate WC.
The studio is air-conditioned in the evening and at night (from 20h30 to 7h30) for a peaceful night's sleep. Free Wi-Fi, television, washing machine, fridge. You also have a free private parking space and a lovely view of the garden. The big highlight of my studio: the absolute peace and quiet, despite its central location.
And because welcoming you properly matters to me, I always offer you a welcome gift on arrival. A true Caribbean cocoon.
What you'll love about the area
My studio is in Le Gosier, one of the liveliest towns in Guadeloupe, on the island of Grande-Terre. You are just 15 minutes from Pôle Caraïbes international airport, which makes it a perfect base as soon as you arrive.
On foot, you can reach magnificent beaches such as Plage de la Datcha (1.2 km) or Plage de Saint-Félix (5 km), and further afield Plage des Salines. Pointe-à-Pitre, the economic and cultural capital, is only 3 km away. Locally, you will find everything you need: shops, Caribbean restaurants, casino, nightclub, night market, seafront bars. As for activities: jet-skiing, cycling, hiking, diving and excursions to the neighbouring islands (Marie-Galante, Les Saintes, La Désirade).
A car isn't even essential, but there are rental companies nearby if you would like to explore Basse-Terre, the National Park, La Soufrière and the waterfalls.
