What you'll love about this property
We offer for weekly rental (Saturday to Saturday) a secluded former farmhouse deep in the countryside in the south of Tuscany, facing Volterra, for the months of July and August.
It consists of a kitchen and a large dining room.
The house is divided into several flats, which also have their own kitchens. The house is 5 minutes from the nearest village and shops.
We can accommodate from 4 up to 25 people. A caretaker keeps the place peaceful.

The house can be rented as a whole in July and August, but also by individual flat.
For groups and for renting the whole house, the price is 3600 euros including tax. Price including 22% VAT as well as cleaning, bed linen and towels.
-10% if you rent a second week.

The house is open every year from early May to the end of October.
