What you'll love about this property
I welcome you to Gîte Les Pivoines, our charming, fully renovated, detached single-storey house in Duclair, Normandy. Set at the heart of our characterful property, 50 m from our house, our B&B rooms and our other gîte, this bright 42 m² gîte is designed for couples looking for a stay in complete privacy.
On the ground floor, you'll enjoy an open-plan fitted kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, freezer, microwave, dishwasher) with a dining area, a shower room with washing machine and WC, and a living room with flat-screen TV. The sleeping area is partitioned off, with its 160x200 double bed. Outside, you have a terrace, a barbecue and access to the shared garden. Sun loungers on request and a bike store at your disposal.

What you'll love about the area
Our gîte is in Duclair, at the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Boucles de la Seine, just 20 km from Rouen. You'll discover the famous Norman Abbeys Route, with the Abbaye Saint-Pierre de Jumièges 10 km away, an outstanding example of Norman Romanesque art, and the Fruit Route that runs alongside the Seine. You're at the crossroads of the three great Norman abbeys: Saint-Wandrille, Saint-Martin de Boscherville and Jumièges.
Within 100 m, you have access to the forest, walking trails, restaurants and public transport to reach Rouen and its treasures: the Gothic Cathedral, the Gros-Horloge, the Musée des Beaux-Arts. For nature lovers, canoeing and kayaking and treetop adventure courses are 5 km away, golf is 5 km away, and fishing 7 km away. The Château du Taillis and the 39-45 museum are nearby.
