The Licorne apartments, in Gruissan in Occitanie, a seaside resort on the Mediterranean coast 12 km from Narbonne. I welcome you to my apartment La Licorne, with one bedroom for 1 to 4 people, 400 metres from the beach, i.e. a 5-minute walk. Everything is included in the price: water, electricity and tourist tax. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi included for a comfortable stay even in the height of summer. Pets accepted at no extra charge. The apartment has all the necessary amenities, with a shower room (shower, washbasin, WC), washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, iron and vacuum cleaner. Price from 220€ to 500€ Key handover on site, I live just above the apartments to welcome you personally. Barbecue. Nearby, free municipal car park with an electric charging point available.. Ideal for a holiday, between beaches, lagoons and Cathar heritage.
What you'll love about the area
Gruissan and the Narbonnaise area offer an exceptional range of attractions. The famous Barberousse tower, the chalets on stilts from the film "37°2 le matin", the salt pans, Narbonne, the Canal de la Robine and the Massif de la Clape. All shops nearby. From April to September.
