What you'll love about this property
This fully self-contained house, set in a converted former farmhouse, is laid out over 2 levels.
The ground floor comprises an entrance hall, a dining room with fitted kitchen, a living room, a double bedroom (160x200 bed), a bathroom and a separate WC.
Upstairs there is a double bedroom (140 bed) and a bedroom with 2 single beds (90).
You will have a wood-burning stove, a billiard table and a library with children's games, as well as a television.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an electric oven, a gas hob and a microwave.
Baby amenities are available on request.
Set in a peaceful spot, surrounded by nature, this gîte has 2,000 m² of wooded grounds with a stream running through it, and sheep as neighbours. In summer, you can enjoy the gas barbecue, the pétanque court, the table tennis table, the garden furniture and the sun loungers provided for you.

Saint-Germain-Langot is nestled in peaceful surroundings, in the heart of the Normandy countryside, halfway between the medieval town of Falaise and the Suisse Normande. An unspoilt rural setting for a restorative holiday away from the hustle and bustle.
Falaise, 15 minutes away, charms visitors with its imposing castle, birthplace of William the Conqueror, its historic centre and its automata museum.
Pont-d'Ouilly and Clécy, capital of the Suisse Normande, 15 minutes away, offer climbing, canoeing and kayaking on the Orne, mountain biking and hiking. The Rochers des Parcs and the Roche d'Oëtre offer breathtaking panoramic views.
Caen and its ducal heritage, with the Abbaye aux Hommes, the Abbaye aux Dames and the Mémorial, are 35 minutes away. The D-Day landing beaches and Ouistreham are 40 minutes away, with Juno Beach, Sword Beach and their moving museums.
