Stéphanie welcomes you to her 2 charming B&B rooms in Châteauneuf, Vendée, in the Marais Breton Vendéen. Each room has its own separate entrance and private kitchen.
Cocon de Verdure is a 28 m² nature-themed room with a queen-size bed, kitchen and private terrace so you can enjoy the lush green setting. Le Cocon du Sorcier is an unusual 16 m² room with 2 single beds that can be pushed together to make a 160 bed. Inspired by the fantasy world of Harry Potter, it's perfect for fans or for giving children an original experience.
A welcome tray with teas and coffee awaits you in each room.
Breakfasts, mostly homemade with local produce, are served in the conservatory so you can enjoy the view over the pond, home to frogs, goldfish, dragonflies and water lilies.
Vendée B&B rooms, ideal for lovers of nature, peace and quiet and authenticity, between the marshes and the beaches of the Pays de Monts.

Our longère is surrounded by 2 ha of gardens, listed by the LPO and awarded the 3 épis Gîtes de France label on the theme of biodiversity.
Hiking trails start from our place towards the Marais Breton Vendéen, a unique ecosystem where you can observe many storks.
The famous Passage du Gois is 14 km away, a spectacular causeway that floods at high tide and leads to the île de Noirmoutier 2 x a day depending on the tides, but the island can also be reached by the bridge, which is free. The first beaches are 20 minutes away so you can enjoy the Vendée Atlantic coast, from Notre-Dame-de-Monts to Saint Jean de Monts, and the ferry terminal for the île d'Yeu is 20/25 mins away.
Sallertaine, 6 km away, is a charming little town of arts and crafts, worth discovering for its workshops and creative atmosphere. Challans, 9 km away, the third largest town in Vendée, has all the shops.
Bike rides along the coast and nature activities in the marshes round off a stay between ocean, land and heritage.
