We welcome you to our renovated little farmhouse, set in wooded grounds in the heart of the small village of Cernusson, on the doorstep of Anjou.
The house offers two bedrooms upstairs, with a shared bathroom, and a patio and terrace available to our guests. The bedrooms each have their own lock, Wi-Fi and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The renovation was designed to respect the old building, using materials such as aerated concrete, lime plasters and earth. The heating is geothermal.
We also grow an organic garden certified by Nature et Progrès, and its produce goes into the homemade breakfast offered as an option every morning. Angers and Saumur are 25 minutes away, ideal for exploring the region while returning in the evening to the peace of the Angevin countryside.

What you'll love about the area
Cernusson is a quiet village in the Haut-Layon, ideally located for discovering Anjou. You can follow the Vignoble et Patrimoine de l'Anjou wine route, with its estates to visit and cellars for tastings.
20 minutes away, the troglodyte sites of Doué-la-Fontaine and the Bioparc make a great day out for young and old alike. 30 minutes away, the Parc Oriental de Maulévrier is the largest Japanese garden in Europe. Saumur and Angers are 25 minutes away, with their châteaux, museums and restaurants. Cycling enthusiasts will find easy access to the Loire à Vélo and the region's cycle routes.
Abbeys, typical villages and troglodyte houses round off the possible discoveries. Having lived in Anjou for more than 20 years, we are happy to share our favourite places: local producers, charming restaurants and walks off the beaten tourist track
