Charming, bright, dual-aspect flat, newly renovated, T1 bis type, with a breathtaking view of the castle and the surrounding mountains, comfortably accommodating 3 people, as a couple or a family. South-west facing. Located in a small, quiet residence full of flowers, a 5-minute walk from the village centre. The property: - enclosed parking space - 7 m² terrace, ideal for having breakfast, for example. - 3rd floor with no lift and not overlooked. - fully equipped 17 m² living room-kitchen (TV, induction hob, combination microwave, etc.) and 140 click-clack sofa bed - total area: 31 m² + 7 m² balcony/terrace / electric roller shutters. - sleeping area with 140 bed and large storage space, closed off by sliding doors, with mountain views. - bright shower room / WC fitted with a washing machine. - mattress protectors, cleaning products provided on site, to be replaced if used up (bed linen and towels on request)
