What you'll love about this property
The villa has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with wardrobes: two with 160 cm beds and one with two 90 cm beds (a third bed and a cot can be added). Each bedroom has its own shower room with a walk-in shower (120×90) and WC. The bathroom of the third bedroom also has a bathtub and a walk-in wardrobe.
The living room offers a TV (Orange box), sofa, armchairs, table and chairs, and opens onto a 30 m² covered terrace.
The fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, American-style fridge-freezer) enjoys, through the serving hatch, the same view over the beach of Anse à l'Ane.
The terrace has garden furniture and a dining area. The beach is a 5-minute walk away.

Located in the area known as "Quartier de l'Anse à l'Ane", this villa is in a quiet, secure residence of 4 villas, in a peaceful residential neighbourhood, with the beach just a few minutes' walk away for daily swims in the Caribbean Sea.
Trois-Îlets is a popular seaside resort: a tourist town with Creole restaurants, shops and local markets. Pointe du Bout and its lively marina are nearby for catamaran trips and excursions to the islets.
Fort-de-France, the capital, is 15 minutes away by sea shuttle, and the beaches of the south (Anse d'Arlet, Anse Dufour, Anse Noire for sea turtles) are a few minutes away by car.
Caribbean activities: agricultural rum distilleries, Creole plantation houses, botanical gardens, hikes, waterfall, lush rainforest, Creole cuisine.
