I welcome you to Le Petit Garem, a true haven of peace nestled in the heart of nature, ideal for recharging in complete tranquillity. This independent, fully air-conditioned 86 m² gîte sleeps up to 6 people, perfect for families or friends. Inside, you'll find a bright living space with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms, two modern bathrooms and two separate toilets, offering comfort and privacy. The living room has a smart TV, books and games. Outside, a lovely furnished terrace awaits you with its Weber barbecue and garden furniture, perfect for convivial meals in the open air, as well as a pétanque court. You can enjoy my 17-hectare estate: private forest with 5 impressive sequoias, an orchard where you can pick figs and grapes, a hammock under the trees and walking trails. Electric charging point on site. A place where you slow down and breathe!

What you'll love about the area

My estate is located in Eyvirat, a few kilometres from picturesque Brantôme, nicknamed the « Venice of the Périgord » for its thousand-year-old Benedictine abbey set on the Dronne. You are in the heart of the Périgord Vert, an unspoilt area of the Dordogne, far from mass tourism, in green and peaceful surroundings. Places to discover: the Abbaye de Brantôme and its troglodyte caves, the Moulin de l'Abbaye, the Gouffre de Proumeyssac (the crystal cathedral), the famous Musée de la Truffe in Sorges, and La Roque Saint-Christophe. Nature lovers will enjoy the Dronne and its swimming spots, cycling on the Flow Vélo, and the many hiking trails. Further afield: Périgueux and its cathedral, the châteaux and villages of the Périgord. As for food, savour black truffle, foie gras, ceps, Périgord walnuts, duck confit and Bergerac wines. A perfect location for combining nature, heritage and Périgord gastronomy.
