What you'll love about this property
We are delighted to welcome you to La Métairie, the perfect place to treat yourself to a calm and peaceful break in a picturesque countryside setting, for a weekend or longer.
Our room, an annexe to the main house, is very bright, comfortable and quiet, with a private entrance through a 9 m² room fitted with a small sofa for a child. You have a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge and coffee machine for extra independence, as well as a television and free Wi-Fi.
The great highlight of our home: our heated indoor swimming pool, to enjoy all year round! Between our vegetable garden and our orchard, which provide seasonal fruit and vegetables, come and enjoy a generous country breakfast (which our guests describe as "gargantuan"!).

What you'll love about the area
Our house is in Agmé, a charming village in the Lot-et-Garonne, in the heart of the rolling countryside of Nouvelle-Aquitaine, in the Marmande area. You are in an idyllic and peaceful setting, ideal for recharging your batteries.
Nearby: Marmande, the tomato capital, Tonneins, the charming villages of Verteuil-d'Agenais and Puymiclan, as well as the many bastides of the Lot-et-Garonne. Nature lovers will enjoy walks and bike rides along the canal latéral à la Garonne and the Garonne. Further afield: Agen and its prunes, Nérac and Henri IV's château, Duras and its château, the Buzet vineyards and the Côtes du Marmandais.
1h away: Bordeaux and its vineyards. When it comes to food, savour Marmande tomatoes, Agen prunes, foie gras, melon, Buzet wines and specialities from the South-West. A perfect location for combining nature, medieval bastides, gastronomy and the South-West way of life.
