What you'll love about this property
Behind a façade listed as being of "great architectural interest" by the Architectes des bâtiments de France, just a stone's throw from place Dunois, 8 minutes from the station and 10 minutes from the town centre, I welcome you to my B&B, where I live.
La Villa Dunois, an upmarket guest house in the centre of Orléans, in the Loiret, puts you at the heart of the city's cultural and business life. From the moment you arrive, you'll find a warm, calm and refined atmosphere, for special, timeless moments.
When you wake up, the aromas of fresh bread, homemade brioche and coffee will guide you to the dining room. My table follows the Slow Food philosophy of Good, Clean and Fair: everything is fresh and homemade – brioches, cakes, jams – and comes from local artisans and producers: fresh cheeses, flaxseed bread, fruit and vegetables.

Orléans, in the Loiret, is a human-scale city facing the Loire, which you can explore on foot or by bike.
An hour from Paris, Orléans Val de Loire combines modernity with the authenticity of its historical, cultural and natural heritage.
Just a few minutes from La Villa, enjoy the magic of the banks of the Loire, the centuries-old architecture of the old town, the historic streets and the markets. Sainte-Croix Cathedral, the Maison de Jeanne d'Arc and the Musée des Beaux-Arts dot the centre.
La Loire à Vélo runs alongside the river, and the Loire châteaux are within reach: Chambord, Blois, Cheverny, Sully-sur-Loire and Chaumont-sur-Loire. The Sologne and its ponds round off the nature getaways. Life is punctuated all year round by numerous events, including the Fêtes de Jeanne d'Arc.
Loire Valley local produce, with Orléans vinegar, cotignac, goat's cheeses and Loire wines.
