What you'll love about this property
A lovely detached single-storey house overlooking a tree-lined park with a garden, a peaceful and quiet spot 1 km from the town centre, close to all amenities, not far from the motorway or the railway station (1 km). Indoor parking, an electric vehicle charging point, and bikes can be kept in my garage, which is locked.
What you'll love about the area
My house is located 40km from Toulouse and 25 km from Castelnaudary, 2 km from the Canal du Midi and a few km from the Seuil de Naurouze, a key point on the Canal du Midi. In connection with the canal, you can explore the towns of Revel and Sorèze as well as the Lac de ST Féréol. The house is also on the Way of St James (Chemin de St Jacques de Compostelle).
