A lovely detached house at the end of a lane, on the banks of the Ariège river, on a 1000 m2 plot with lawn, trees (cherry, magnolia, mimosa, walnut ........) and fencing. It has a large living room with an oak table and sideboard, an open fireplace, television, wifi, a very well-equipped fitted kitchen, three (3) bedrooms, 3 beds 140, 2 beds 90, two (2) bathrooms (basins and walk-in shower), two (2) WCs. It has gas heating with cast-iron radiators, a washing machine, and a south-facing terrace with an electric awning Outside, a large barbecue, a covered table tennis table and pétanque boules
What you'll love about the area
The lane leading to the house is private, no vehicles go by nearby, and it's peaceful and quiet. A small gate (locked with a key) gives access to the Ariège river and a long, shaded walking path. Tarascon is two (2) Km away with all the shops. There are many hiking trails around Bompas and Tarascon, not far from prehistoric caves, an underground river, a museum of prehistory, a cable water-ski park 2 Km away, three (3) ski resorts within a 25 Km radius, and Andorra 55 Km away
