What you'll love about this property
Welcome to Villa Victoria, my large and beautiful villa, fully renovated and surrounded by greenery in Vidreres, on the Costa Brava.
My villa is spread over 2 levels and sleeps up to 8 adults, with the option of 2 extra beds for young people thanks to the sofa bed in the living room. Upstairs: a large, well-furnished terrace with a barbecue area, a lovely fitted kitchen, a large dining and living room with a big TV, a large balcony, and 2 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.
On the ground floor: 2 lovely designer bedrooms, a shared bathroom and a separate WC. In total: 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 WCs. Fibre optic, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher. Pets free of charge.
Access, just 200 metres away on foot, to the private residential park with a large and a small swimming pool, a tennis court, a pétanque pitch and a children's play area. Bed linen, household linen and cleaning included.
What you'll love about the area
My villa is located in Vidreres, on the Costa Brava (province of Girona, Catalonia). You are just 7 km from Lloret de Mar, a lively seaside resort with its sandy beaches, casino, marina and nightlife.
Close by: Water World (water park 8 km away), the Santa Clotilde botanical gardens (10 km), the château d'en Plaja (10 km), Fenals beach (9 km), Lloret de Mar beach (9 km), Parc Gran Prix (12 km) and Golf Lloret Pitch and Putt (11 km).
For your shopping: a supermarket 4.5 km away in Vidreres town centre, a grocery shop 2 minutes away by car. Restaurants and a tapas bar nearby. Girona-Costa Brava airport is 20 km away, Barcelona 90 km. For activities: scuba diving, snorkelling, windsurfing, hiking, fishing.
Vidreres is also a good base for Barcelona, Figueres (Dalí Museum), Cadaqués and Cap de Creus. As for food, don't miss the tapas, Catalan paella and the wines of the Empordà/
