I welcome you to L'Oustal d'Agathe, my charming 4-star Meublé de Tourisme gîte, located within the grounds of a 1800 m² private seaside property in Agde: « Le Clos Canta Joy » L’oustal d’Agathe, a detached single-storey house, invites you to make the most of the Mediterranean climate in an authentically southern French atmosphere, right by the beach. Inside you will find a large living room-library (TV, CD player, reading area, music), a fully equipped fitted kitchen (oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine) and a dining room with picture windows opening onto the pergola, two en-suite bedrooms with a 180 (2x90) memory foam bed, each with its own walk-in shower and private WC. Reversible air conditioning. Two outdoor spaces await you: the patio and the south-facing pergola -shaded under its Camargue reed mats- extended by the private tree-lined garden of around 200 m² and its straw hut for convivial aperitifs, 30 m from the beach on foot.
What you'll love about the area
My gîte is located in Agde, on the Mediterranean coast, in an exceptional setting just 30 metres from the fine sandy beach, reached by a right-of-way path, 1 minute on foot. You are ideally placed 4 km from Cap d'Agde, seaside resort (34300). Close by: Le Grau d'Agde, Agde and its Saint-Étienne cathedral built from volcanic stone (1.5 km), Pézenas and its cultural heritage (21 km), Sète and its port (23 km), Béziers and its Saint-Nazaire cathedral (23 km). Activities: the sea and its water sports, Golf, Tennis, music festivals. Food: many restaurants offer excellent culinary discoveries. MEZE: the Étang de Thau, its oyster beds and its tasting huts. In the hinterland (hauts-cantons): winegrowers welcome you to taste their wines. Right on the doorstep: the Bus 100 m away and the station 4 km away open up new horizons *And more: the Canal du Midi, with its unusual structures, invites you to sail peacefully along the water.
