Welcome to my home at L'Escale Servannaise! My B&B is part of my ground-floor flat in a house full of character, right in the heart of the residential area of Saint-Servan in Saint-Malo.
The west-facing bedroom window looks out onto the plants along the passage surrounding the house. The cloakroom (hand basin and WC) adjoining the bedroom is private. The bedroom connects to the large bathroom, shared with the owner, for use of the shower and washbasin. Well-stocked library on Brittany.
Kettle, tea and herbal teas right in the bedroom.
Generous breakfast included, which can be adapted to suit you.
You'll love the charm of the house and its decor - its quiet at night - its surroundings of beautiful villas with gardens.
No Linky meter - internet box switched off at night - Wi-Fi on request - to limit exposure to EMF waves.
Reminder: there are cats in the house, please note if you have allergies

The charm of Port Solidor and the wide variety of viewpoints on walks nearby. The Saint Servan high street, full of attractive, quality shops. The crêperies serving the famous buckwheat galettes: all of them recommended! - and the seafood, of course!
For walkers: kms of coastal customs paths along the sea. For heritage lovers: Saint Malo cathedral, its ramparts of course, the villas of Dinard, the medieval town of Dinan, the pretty fishing port of Saint Suliac on the Rance, the many malouinières, country residences of shipowner and privateer families...The list goes on!
