What you'll love about this property
We welcome you to the Domaine de la Petite Folie, our characterful manor house in Duclair, on the Normandy abbeys route. We offer 2 comfortable B&B rooms with refined décor, overlooking the Seine and the passing boats. On the ground floor, you can enjoy our living room with its wood-burning stove and television, and the dining room where I serve you a hearty breakfast every morning with my homemade jams.
Each of our two rooms has its own shower room and private WC. In the evening, we also offer our table d'hôtes (by reservation, 25 € per person) so we can share a convivial moment together.
You have access to our garden and a covered shelter for your bikes. Free Wi-Fi, on-site parking, baby amenities on request. A perfect stopover for discovering Seine-Maritime, its abbeys and its landscapes.
What you'll love about the area
Our house is ideally located in Duclair, in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Boucles de la Seine, just 20 km from Rouen. You will discover the famous Normandy abbeys route, with the Abbaye Saint-Pierre de Jumièges 10 km away, an exceptional example of Norman Romanesque art, and the fruit route that runs alongside the Seine.
Caudebec-en-Caux, nicknamed the « Pearl of the Val de Seine », is 20 km away: maritime museum, the Gothic church of Notre-Dame de l'Assomption, and cruises on the Seine. 100 m away, you have access to the forest and to walking and mountain-biking trails. Duclair's restaurants are 100 m away for your evening meals, and you can get to Rouen by bus for a very small fare. For nature lovers, canoeing and kayaking are 5 km away, golf is 5 km away, and fishing is 7 km away.
The famous chalk cliffs are also nearby. A perfect location for combining heritage, nature and Norman gastronomy.
