Lovely holiday home in the south of the Manche in Normandy, just a stone's throw from Brittany. The house is located close to a charming village with a grocery shop. La guitare welcomes you in a bright, restful setting with a lovely aspect, an ideal place for holidays with family or friends, in the peace and quiet of the Normandy countryside, 12 km from magnificent beaches. The house sleeps up to 6 people in 3 comfortable bedrooms with two bathrooms. The property is very well equipped with a fully fitted kitchen, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and Wi-Fi. You can enjoy a terrace and a large enclosed garden for peaceful moments outdoors, ideal for children. Pets are welcome. Barbecue available for your summer evenings. In this comfortable property, a ground-floor bedroom and shower room provide access for people with reduced mobility.
What you'll love about the area
La Lucerne-d'Outremer is a charming Normandy village surrounded by unspoilt countryside. The lovely forest nearby (2 km) offers beautiful walks in green, peaceful surroundings. The Abbey of La Lucerne, located in this forest, is a jewel of Cistercian architecture and a remarkable heritage site well worth discovering. The sea is 12 kilometres away, with Jullouville, Carolles and Champeaux and its remarkable cliffs offering a magnificent view over the bay and Mont St Michel. These fine sandy beaches are suitable for swimming, or for a stroll along the sea wall. Granville, nicknamed the Monaco of the North, is within easy reach, with its fishing port, its picturesque upper town and its Christian Dior museum, the couturier's family home, set in a charming park. Avranches and its Scriptorial, dedicated to the manuscripts of Mont St Michel, is also well worth a visit.
