What you'll love about this property
Welcome to Cosy Casa, our 120 m² gîte fully renovated in 2024, in the heart of the village of Saint-Romain-sur-Cher. We can welcome up to 11 people and 2 babies in a house where everything is new: amenities, furniture, appliances, bedding.
The house has 4 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso pod coffee machine and standard coffee maker). You can enjoy a large living space with a TV lounge, and a terrace with a dining area and barbecue. For families, we provide all the baby gear free of charge (wooden cot, travel cot, high chair, baby bath, changing mat, potty, toilet seat reducer) and plenty of games for young and old (table football, board games, pétanque, darts, sandpit). Air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi and 3 parking spaces in front of the house.

What you'll love about the area
Our house is ideally located in the village centre of Saint-Romain-sur-Cher, opposite the church, in the heart of a Touraine wine village. You can walk to the bakery, and the supermarket is 5 km away. The ZooParc de Beauval, one of the finest zoos in Europe, is just 10 km away (15 minutes by car).
For heritage lovers, we are ideally placed in the heart of the Loire Valley Châteaux: Cheverny 21 km away, Chenonceau and Valençay 28 km, Chaumont-sur-Loire 29 km, Blois 37 km, Chambord, Amboise and the Clos Lucé 38 km. Our wine village invites you to taste the fine wines of Touraine in the surrounding cellars. You can also stroll along the banks of the Cher, go canoeing or paddleboarding, try tree-top adventure courses or follow the Loire à Vélo cycle route.
We leave the Michelin Green Guide to the châteaux and our ideas for nearby outings at your disposal in the gîte. The nearest station is Saint-Aignan-Noyers, 4 km away.
