Ideal for a holiday with family or friends on the Catalan coast, with a fully enclosed 500 m² garden so children and pets can play safely. 55 m² house with a living room and kitchen, 2 bedrooms sleeping 5 and a separate WC. Covered terrace for your meals out of the wind and an open terrace to enjoy the Catalan sunshine. Barbecue available for your summer evenings in the garden. Enclosed parking on the property to keep your vehicle safe. Shops and a bus stop nearby. The marina and fishing port are 500 metres away, with a fresh fish market every morning. Pets welcome. A bottle of wine is offered on your arrival. A Barcarès house ideally placed between the beach, the lagoon and water sports on the Catalan Mediterranean coast.
What you'll love about the area
Le Barcarès offers the best of the Catalan coast, between sandy beach and lagoon. The beach is 150 metres away for swimming, sandcastles and water sports. The lagoon on the other side will delight fishing and walking enthusiasts. The marina and fishing port, 500 metres away, hosts a fresh fish market every morning. The famous liner Le Lydia, beached on the sand and a symbol of Le Barcarès, is 2 km away. The village market takes place on the square three times a week with its local produce. Aqualand, a casino, treetop adventure courses, water skiing, a cinema and numerous cycle paths offer activities for all tastes and all ages. The seaside resort of Le Barcarès is a family destination with its summer entertainment and fireworks. Perpignan and its Palace of the Kings of Majorca are 30 minutes away. Collioure, the Côte Vermeille and the Spanish border lie further south. The Cathar castles in the hinterland round off a stay in Catalan country.
