Lovely fully renovated 50 m² three-room flat (T3) in Chantemerle, Serre Chevalier 1350, in the heart of the Parc National des Écrins. South-facing with no overlooking neighbours, and a balcony offering panoramic views over the Luc Alphand piste and all the surrounding mountain ranges. Very bright living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen including dishwasher, oven, microwave, and raclette and fondue sets for evenings in the mountains. 2 sofa beds, one with a trundle bed, and a flat-screen TV. Main bedroom with a 160 cm bed, small bedroom with 2 bunk beds. Large shower room with shower and washing machine, separate WC. The ski slopes are about 400 m away, with a free shuttle bus stopping right at the foot of the residence. Free parking and ski locker. Shops within walking distance. A quiet residence, ideal for a stay with family or friends. Briançon is 5 km away and the Grands Bains du Monêtier 8 km away. A Serre Chevalier flat that's ideal for skiing in winter and hiking to mountain lakes in summer, in the exceptional setting of the Parc des Écrins

Chantemerle is located in Serre Chevalier, a ski resort in the Hautes-Alpes ranging from 1350 to 2800 m in altitude, in the heart of the Parc National des Écrins. Alpine skiing on a varied ski area for all levels, cross-country skiing, snowshoe hikes and a snowpark. Sledging, border cross and a zip line for thrill-seekers. Briançon, the highest town in France, with its UNESCO-listed Vauban fortifications, is 5 km away, along with its old town and historic narrow streets. The Vallée de la Clarée, one of the most beautiful valleys in the Alps, as well as Montgenèvre and Italy, are easily accessible The Grands Bains du Monêtier, 8 km away, offer natural hot springs at 44°C with jacuzzis, hammams and water features. An exceptional moment of well-being after a day of exercise In summer, the Parc des Écrins reveals its crystal-clear mountain lakes and hiking trails, along with rafting and paragliding facing the peaks.
