A fully renovated 28 m² studio, refurbished in 2020, with a nautical feel somewhere between seaside and fisherman's cabin, and an exceptional view over the marina and the sea in La Grande-Motte. South-facing, in a secure residence with a private green space, 5 minutes' walk from La Rose des Sables beach. The studio has a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed, sleeping up to 2 adults and 1 child . Bright, carefully chosen decor with an equipped kitchenette including a fridge, microwave, hob and coffee machine. Free private parking on site, a rare and much-appreciated bonus in La Grande-Motte during the season. You park your car when you arrive and do everything on foot: beach, marina, restaurants, shops and strolls along the quays right at the foot of the residence. A La Grande-Motte studio that's ideal for a restorative stay as a couple or with family, facing the marina and the Mediterranean, amid beach, sunshine and the relaxed way of life on the Languedoc coast.

What you'll love about the area

La Grande-Motte is a seaside resort unlike any other on the Mediterranean, known for its visionary 1970s architecture, which holds the 20th-Century Heritage label. La Rose des Sables beach is 5 minutes' walk from the studio for swimming and lazing about by the sea. The marina at the foot of the residence offers strolls along the quays, restaurants, bars and ice-cream parlours overlooking the boats. In the evening, the atmosphere turns mellow, with cocktails facing the sunset and walks along the coast. Montpellier and its historic centre, the Place de la Comédie, its museums and cultural life are 20 minutes away. The Palais des Congrès and the exhibition centre are right next door. Aigues-Mortes and its medieval ramparts, the Camargue and its pink flamingos, and Sète and its fishing port round off the day trips. Public transport at the foot of the residence. Between sea, culture and gastronomy, the Languedoc coast offers a well-rounded stay.
