We welcome you to our 110 m² villa in Lablachère in southern Ardèche, in a quiet neighbourhood with a magnificent view over the vineyards, Mont Lozère and the Tanargue. A bright 60 m² living area with a fully equipped kitchen opens onto this exceptional panorama. Three spacious bedrooms with wardrobes: two with a 160x200 double bed and a family room with a 140x190 double bed and two single beds. Two bathrooms and a separate WC. Underfloor heating and cooling for optimal comfort in every season. The private 6-person spa is your cosy haven of relaxation after a day exploring the Ardèche. The heated pool, open from 15 May to 15 October depending on the weather, is shared with us in a green and peaceful setting. Dedicated workspace with wifi for guests travelling for work. Free parking. Close to the shops and local markets of Lablachère. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors installed for your safety.
What you'll love about the area
Lablachère is a village in southern Ardèche nestled among terraced vines, holm oaks and olive trees, with a lively market and all shops nearby. The vineyard trail lets you discover the local Chatus grape variety among dry-stone walls and panoramic views over the hills The medieval village of Joyeuse and its château are 3 km away. Labeaume, a village of character on the riverbank with its limestone cliffs, is 7 km away. The Caverne du Pont d'Arc, a replica of the UNESCO-listed Chauvet cave and its 36000-year-old paintings, is 25 minutes away The Chassezac gorges and the Bois de Païolive offer river swimming, canoeing and climbing. Canoe down the Ardèche from Vallon-Pont-d'Arc for an adventure beneath the famous natural Pont d'Arc La Perle d'Eau, Lablachère's indoor aquatic centre with sauna and hammam, rounds off the wellness offering. Hiking, horse riding and tastings with Ardèche winegrowers for a stay combining nature and heritage
