Nature gîte at Domaine Thym et Romarin in Saillans, Drôme, in the heart of the Diois between lavender and mountains. A detached house on an unusual 5000 m² estate with landscaped terraces and a breathtaking view of the Trois Becs mountain, with no overlooking neighbours.
A 35 m² single-storey home, ideal for a couple's stay. Living area with open-plan kitchen and dining area, bedroom with double bed, adjoining walk-in shower and separate WC. Outside, a covered wooden terrace, summer kitchen, plancha, table, chairs and sun loungers.
In the warmer months, the swimming pool lets you swim with a view of the Trois Becs in an authentic natural setting. In the low season, nature takes on magnificent colours, and the wood-burning stove brings warmth and relaxation for cosy, peaceful evenings.

Saillans is a village full of character nestled in the Drôme valley in the heart of the Diois. All the shops are within walking distance: restaurants, bakery, mini-market, organic shops, local producers. Market on Sunday mornings
The local gastronomy is a real treasure, with goat's cheese Tomes, Ravioles de Romans, Nougat de Montélimar, Clairette de Die and the Croquettes du Père Craquant from Saillans.
The Palais Idéal du Facteur Cheval in Hauterives, a work of outsider art unique in the world, the Tour de Crest, the contemporary art museum in Montélimar and the modern art institute in Valence round off the cultural visits. Also worth discovering are La ferme aux crocodiles in Pierrelatte and La Ferme aux papillons in Upie.
Hiking in the Diois and the Vercors starting from Saillans, mountain biking, climbing, canoeing on the Drôme, canyoning, horse riding, bike rides in the valley. Between mountains, river, heritage and the Drôme way of life, the Diois offers an exceptional nature and food-lover's stay.
