Welcome to Sauvian, a haven of tranquillity in the heart of Occitanie, ideally located for exploring the region at your own relaxed pace! We offer 2 B&B rooms (3 people and 4 people) 5km from Béziers TGV station and right next to the vast sandy beaches of Valras and Sérignan, in our family home with a pool. Our air-conditioned rooms are upstairs, with quality bedding, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. Each room has its own shower room and WC. Flexible layout to welcome couples and families of up to 7 people (2 extra people possible on request) Relax in our large enclosed garden and share convivial moments around the pool (open from May to September). Free, secure parking within the gated property. Non-smoking house, free Wi-Fi. Breakfast, bed linen and towels included Let yourself be charmed by the natural beauty of the Biterrois, set between the Mediterranean beaches, the Canal du Midi and the vineyards
What you'll love about the area
Sauvian is ideally located between Bézier and the Mediterranean. The vast fine sandy beaches of Valras and Sérignan are right nearby for swimming and water sports. The E bus links the TGV station to the sea and stops 300m from the house. Béziers, the oldest town in France with 2,700 years of history, with its Saint-Nazaire cathedral overlooking the Orb, the Allées Paul Riquet and its famous Féria in August. The Canal du Midi (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) and the Fonseranes Locks are must-sees. The archaeological site of Ensérune, the drained Étang de Montady and the Via Domitia offer a unique panorama of history. Aqualand, Parc Aventure, canoeing on the Orb and hiking round off days of culture and thrills. The vineyards of the Biterrois invite you to discover our wines with tastings and visits to the estates.
