Old Burgundian house renovated in 2012 in Cormot-Vauchignon, a small, picturesque village in the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune in Burgundy. Close to Nolay, a charming little medieval town, and in the heart of Burgundy's most important vineyards, this gîte is the ideal starting point for a stay combining wine, nature and heritage. House on 2 levels + cellar, sleeping up to 6 people in 2 comfortable bedrooms. Kitchen equipped with an oven, bathroom, washing machine and wifi. Bed linen and towels provided. Baby amenities available. The landscaped garden with its ornamental pond is a green haven, not overlooked, offering peace and quiet and an open view of the surrounding cliffs. A long path leads down to the terrace. Fully enclosed grounds and private parking for 2 vehicles. Pets allowed. Burgundy gîte ideal for lovers of wine, hiking and nature in the heart of the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune, amid prestigious vineyards, cliffs and villages full of character.

The house is nestled in the heart of the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune, surrounded by Burgundy's most prestigious vineyards, Pommard, Volnay and Meursault ... 21 km from Beaune and its famous Hospices. The Cascade du bout du monde, a Natura 2000 site, is nearby for an unforgettable hike. The limestone cliffs also offer renowned climbing spots. The Voie Verte linking Santenay to Épinac makes for lovely bike rides through the Burgundy countryside. Nolay, a small medieval town with its 14th-century covered market, for strolling and discovering local crafts. Chagny and its gourmet restaurants are 20 km away. Autun and its Gallo-Roman remains, as well as the Parc Naturel Régional du Morvan, are 40 km away. With Burgundy grands crus, medieval heritage, hikes along the cliffs and Burgundian cuisine, the region offers a rich and varied stay in every season.
