What you'll love about this property
Just for you, this B&B for two people, adjoining my house but completely independent, in Régat, Ariège, in the heart of the Pays d'Olmes, facing the Pyrenees, 12 minutes from the medieval bastide town of Mirepoix and just 5 km from the lac de Montbel.
L'ici ou Là offers you the modern comfort of its 40 m².
The bedroom has a 160 bed and reversible air conditioning.
A sitting area, with books and board games.
A relaxation area with a high table, mini fridge, kettle and herbal teas, so you can enjoy a quiet moment at any time of day.
A well-equipped bathroom (walk-in shower, electric towel rail, hairdryer) and a separate WC.
Also just for you, a large sunny terrace that opens onto my garden and my summer terrace, where you will always be welcome.
It is on this summer terrace that you can enjoy your breakfast every morning and, as you wish, spend some lovely relaxing moments!
What you'll love about the area
L'ici ou Là is in Ariège, south of Carcassonne, an unspoilt mid-mountain setting, ideal for lovers of history, nature and hiking. A few examples of the treasures to discover within just 20 km of Régat:
Mirepoix, its covered arcades and its weekly market; the château de Montségur, a key site in Cathar history; the Fontaine intermittente de Fontestorbes, a natural phenomenon unique in Europe; the lac de Montbel and its water sports; Roquefixade, its castle clinging to the rock and its many hiking trails, including the chemin des Bonshommes (GR 107), which crosses the Cathar trail at this spot; the Voie Verte, which you can explore on foot or by bike, in lush green surroundings.
And other surprises await you further from Régat, closer to the peaks!
