Charming gîte at an altitude of 840 metres in a small, secluded hamlet in Grandval, in the heart of the Livradois-Forez Regional Nature Park in Auvergne. It offers a breathtaking view over the Auvergne mountains and valleys, a panorama that changes with the seasons and the light.
Created in a farmhouse carefully renovated by the owners in a rustic, authentically Auvergne style. Large 45 m² living area with a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a shower room with double basin and a large mezzanine dormitory with 4 beds overlooking the living space.
The terrace is the jewel of the place, with an exceptional view over the landscape. Garden furniture, a gas barbecue and sun loungers await you for long moments of relaxation in absolute peace and quiet. Comfort, unplugging, tranquillity and authenticity are the watchwords of this gîte.
Two spacious car parks, one of which is reserved for motorbikes on a concrete surface. Baby amenities available, washing machine and oven.

The Livradois-Forez Regional Nature Park offers a vast expanse of unspoilt nature in the heart of Auvergne. Hiking trails start right from the gîte to explore the rolling mid-mountain landscapes of forests, meadows and stone hamlets. A paradise for motorcyclists, mountain bikers and walkers.

The UNESCO-listed Chaîne des Puys and the Puy de Dôme are within reach for nature and panoramic outings. The Gergovie plateau and Vulcania round off the visits for families. The Auvergne lakes offer swimming and water sports in summer.
Artisan skills have been passed down for centuries in the region. Cheese dairies, cutlers, paper mills and farms open their doors. Generous Auvergne cuisine with saint-nectaire, cantal, truffade and potée to discover in local inns and farm inns.
