Treat yourself to a peaceful break in our renovated gîte (for 2 to 8 people), nestled deep in the countryside, next to our farm (children, if they wish, can help us feed the animals). Here, peace and nature come together to offer a haven of silence and serenity, whatever the season. A true invitation to slow down, breathe and savour the calm of the countryside. Ground floor: Dining room, living room, kitchen A large main bedroom with its own bathroom and WC. Upstairs: A large bedroom with 4 single beds A bedroom for two people with a wooden spindle bed A bathroom with shower and WC. The gîte also has a large terrace that is not overlooked. You can also enjoy the 2 ha pond for some fishing or a picnic in the heart of nature by the water.
What you'll love about the area
Orbigny, Touraine countryside close to the Zoo de Beauval (12 minutes), Château de Chenonceau (20 min): the Lady of the Loire, one of the finest romantic masterpieces among the Loire châteaux. 12 minutes away: Montrésor, listed among the Plus Beaux Villages de France (Most Beautiful Villages of France), with its château, collegiate church and many picturesque little streets of white Touraine stone. You can also visit Amboise, just 30 min away, with the Clos Lucé and its Royal Château. The royal town of Loches, with its Keep (30 min from the gîte), can also be part of your visits. Fancy a little swim or simply a bite to eat by the water: the Chemillé sur Indrois leisure centre is 15 minutes away. Recently redeveloped, it offers supervised swimming in summer, and a beach, children's play area and pedalos await you. There is also a treetop adventure course with a zip line that passes over the lake, which can be part of your activities.
