L'Oliveraie enjoys an exceptional location in Aix-les-Bains with everything close by. The market is 600 m away, the TGV station 800 m away for direct access from Paris, Lyon and Genève, and the Lac du Bourget, the largest natural lake in France, is just 1.6 km away.
This lake offers beaches, swimming, water sports and cruises along its shores, with the mountains of Savoie as a backdrop. Aix-les-Bains is also renowned for its thermal baths, its Belle Époque heritage and its lively lakeside terraces.
For mountain lovers, the Revard rises to 1550 m and can be reached via the Crémaillère route or the Col du Pertuiset. In winter, the Revard, Féclaz and Margériaz resorts offer downhill skiing, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing, with a shuttle from Aix-les-Bains.
