We rent out our house, located in the heart of the Venise verte and the Marais poitevin.
In front of the house you can admire the Sèvre Niortaise, and behind the house you can enjoy a "conche" (small canal) with direct access.
The house is entirely on one level, with two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a large living area that is very bright thanks to its bay windows.
The 1400 m² garden is full of trees and well oriented, so you can enjoy the sun all day long.
The house is designed for 4 people.
Settle in and simply set off to discover the unique landscape of the Marais poitevin, by bike, on foot or by canoe (canoe with paddles available, used at the users' own responsibility)
What you'll love about the area
La Rochelle is 45 min away, Niort station 20 min, and the motorway is 20 km from the house.
If you'd like to spend a day at Puy du Fou, allow 1h20 to get there.
