Independent gîte facing a beautiful view of the mountains of the forêt de Saoû This 45 m2 gîte, accessible for people with reduced mobility and equipped for 4 people, has a large master bedroom with its own independent step-free entrance, a small bedroom for the children, a shower room, and a kitchen-living room opening onto a large terrace and vast outdoor space. It is located in an annexe of the farm, facing west on the bedroom side, east and south on the kitchen side. The kitchen French window opens onto a large 30m2 terrace with shade sails, facing due south with views of the eastern end of the forêt de Saoû massif, the montagne de Couspeau and the montagne d'Angèle. Recently fitted out with eco-friendly materials, insulated with cork, finished with eco-friendly paints and wood stain.

A peaceful gîte, close to the forêt de Saoû, a paradise for hikers and lovers of outdoor activities: climbing, cycling, mountain biking, paragliding, river swimming...and even hot-air ballooning! For nature lovers, our area boasts an exceptional natural heritage! Two Sensitive Natural Areas, a National Nature Reserve, a Wildlife Nature Reserve Two Regional Nature Parks: we are less than an hour from the Parc Naturel Régional des Hauts Plateaux du Vercors and the Parc Naturel Régional des Baronnies Provençales. And the Vercors and its Sublime roads For lovers of old stones and history: The Drôme has 6 villages listed as "Plus beaux villages de France", 2 of them nearby L'Auberge des Dauphins , the visitor centre of the Sensitive Natural Area that is the Forêt de Saoû The Tour Médiévale de Crest the tallest keep in France at 52 metres And some lovely little villages nearby.
