Fully renovated in 2024 and awarded the Chambre d'hôtes référence® label, the room is located in a completely independent part of the owners' house, a former mill dating from 1624 at the end of a lane in the heart of the countryside.
The room has been designed as a true place of rest, cosy and intimate, a peaceful spot where you can really relax.

What you'll love about the area
Secluded without being isolated, the property of more than 7 hectares is surrounded by meadows and woods, with 3 streams, a pretty pond and lots of animals (donkey, horses, pony, hens, ducks ...). No chemical compounds have been used on the estate for more than 15 years, permaculture principles are favoured, and everything is done to preserve resources and protect the fauna, flora and biodiversity as best we can. As a member of the Réseau Suisse Normande Territoire Préservé, the Moulin du Pont Grat is thus committed to sustainable and eco-responsible tourism The property is ideally located for discovering the Suisse Normande, renowned in particular for its hikes. Clécy, Pont D'ouilly and the Roche d'Oëtre are nearby, and the GR® Tour de la Suisse Normande, voted GR®, as well as the Voie Verte and the Vélo Francette® pass close by. The sea and the D-Day landing beaches are only 1 hour's drive away.
