What you'll love about this property
Just 400 m from golden sandy beaches, Casa Lodelia welcomes you in the heart of the authentic village of San Juan de los Terreros, on a private residential street. Shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. You'll enjoy the relaxed Andalusian way of life: tapas on the private solarium with sea views and sunsets over the mountains, convivial meals in the shaded patio… The comfortable, air-conditioned house offers a living room with terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (Queen Size and single beds), two bathrooms, as well as a pleasant lounge. The residence has a shared swimming pool (adult pool, paddling pool, parasols) and a park with a playground. The solarium, furnished with a lounge area and sun loungers, will quickly become your favourite spot to relax. Quiet and ideally located, Casa Lodelia is a stone's throw from the Blue Flag beaches: Mar Rabiosa, Mar Serena, Mar Calypso…
What you'll love about the area
Around Casa Lodelia, young and old alike will find plenty to marvel at. Just 10 minutes away, discover the spectacular Géode de Pulpí, unique in the world with its giant crystals. The more active can enjoy Aguilón Golf, try an introductory dive or choose a walk along the many family-friendly trails. For children, the long sandy beaches with shallow waters of San Juan de los Terreros are ideal for safe swimming. You'll also find playgrounds, parks and little coves to explore. On day trips, let yourself be charmed by the natural sites of Cabo Cope, Cabo de Gata or the Tabernas desert, a real film set. For culture, visit the Castillo de San Juan, the colourful carnival of Águilas, the heritage of Lorca, or the Alcazaba of Almería. Between nature, discoveries and traditions, Andalusia will delight the whole family.
