What you'll love about this property
The fully independent gîte is located at the end of a lane in the heart of nature, about a hundred metres from the owners' house. It was completely refurbished in 2022 and designed to be a true place of rest and disconnection. On the ground floor: a large, bright living area with a fully fitted and equipped kitchen area (large fridge with freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster ...) and a lounge with sitting area (well-stocked bookcase, screen/DVD, board games, fireplace with wood-burning stove). Upstairs: 3 comfortable, cosy bedrooms, each with a 140 x 200 double bed, quality bedding, an armchair and storage. Each has its own shower room and separate toilet. The gîte has a large private garden, with a large 35 m2 terrace furnished with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, sun loungers ... Private parking (unenclosed and unattended - 3 spaces)
What you'll love about the area
Secluded without being isolated, the property of more than 7 hectares is surrounded by meadows and woods, with 3 streams, a pretty pond and lots of animals (donkey, horses, pony, hens, ducks ...). No chemicals have been used on the estate for more than 15 years, permaculture principles are favoured, and everything is done to preserve resources and protect wildlife, plants and biodiversity as well as possible.

The property is ideally located for discovering the Suisse Normande, renowned in particular for its walks and hikes. Clécy, Pont D'ouilly and the Roche d'Oëtre are nearby, and the GR® Tour de la Suisse Normande, voted the French public's favourite GR® in 2023, as well as the Voie Verte and the Vélo Francette® cycle route pass close by. The sea and the D-Day landing beaches are only a 1-hour drive away.
