Discover this little haven of peace and its bright terrace covered by a bioclimatic pergola. - One bedroom with a double bed, air-conditioned (reversible), TV (digital terrestrial), wardrobe and cupboards. - Bathroom, WC, 1x1m shower, washbasin, mirror, washing machine - Fully equipped kitchen: you'll find everything you need for cooking as well as tableware (plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, etc.), fridge-freezer, induction hob, coffee maker (senseo), conventional oven and microwave, as well as a toaster and a kettle. An air-conditioned (reversible) living room with TV and sofa Our outdoor space is shared at no extra cost, so you can enjoy (in season) our pool and relaxing sun loungers. Non-smoking flat, but a terrace with an ashtray awaits you outside.
What you'll love about the area
We are barely 10 min from the airport access and AIX TGV station. Make the most of it: barely 15 min from the largest retail area in FRANCE " Plan de campagne" Close to Marseille, we are near the entrances to the main roads: in three minutes you'll be on the D9 towards Aix, the A7 towards Salon-de-Provence, Berre l'étang. Or Marseille, In 10 minutes, you'll also be on the shores of the étang de Berre, where on the Vitrolles side you'll find welcoming spots by the water, not forgetting " la terrasse des Marettes, a nice little restaurant almost right on the water. On the Marignane side, enjoy the plage du Jay and its sporty windsurfers. Go a little further and in 20 min visit the beaches of Carry le rouet, le rove or l'estaque (Marseille) Some lovely walks await you on the plateau de Vitrolles and montagne sainte victoire. La source de l'infernet, and let's not forget the emblematic sight to visit, "le rocher de Vitrolles": 97 steps to climb for a breathtaking view
