What you'll love about this property
Approximately 70m² in size, this gîte is the result of renovating our house. You will find: - on the ground floor: a 35m² dual-aspect living area, air-conditioned, with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster). Lounge with sofa bed (150x190 cm sleeping area), smart TV (access to NETFLIX/AMAZON PRIME/DISNEY+). - upstairs: 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (Bedroom 1 with a 160*200 double bed and Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds 90*200 or 1 double bed 180*200), shower room with a 90x140 cm shower, separate WC with hand basin. - outside: wooden terrace with dining table and 6 chairs, garden lounge set, parasol, chairs, barbecue and 5-seater SPA (including 2 lounger seats) covered by a pergola. Parking for 3 to 4 cars. The extras: Beds made up on your arrival in your preferred configuration; Bath towels and tea towels included; Bathrobes and sliders for using the SPA included.
What you'll love about the area
Come and enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside in this gîte, fully renovated between 2022 and 2023, located in Lagraulière. The village is ideally located at the crossroads of the main economic centres: BRIVE (30min), TULLE (20min) and UZERCHE (15min); and close to the A20 and A89 motorways, accessible in less than 15 min. All the main shops are also accessible in less than 15 min by car. In Lagraulière (3min): Bakery, Vival, Pub In Saint-Mexant (10min): Carrefour Contact, Pharmacy You can go and visit some of the most beautiful villages in France: - COLLONGES-LA-ROUGES - TURENNES - SEGUR-LE-CHATEAU - CUREMONTE - ST-ROBERT As well as Uzerche, Treignac, Brive-la-Gaillarde, ...
